What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order for pickup orders. For delivery, the minimum is typically 20 pallets to cover transportation costs. However, we're flexible—contact us to discuss your needs.
Do you pick up pallets?
Absolutely! We offer free pickup for quantities of 50+ pallets within 30 miles of Austin. For smaller quantities, a small pickup fee may apply.
Can I visit your facility?

Do you offer heat-treated (HT) pallets?
Yes, we stock ISPM-15 certified heat-treated pallets for international shipping. These are required for export to most countries.
