The Beginning
Carlos Martinez starts Austin Pallets with a single truck and a dream of building a sustainable pallet business.
First Warehouse
We move into our first dedicated warehouse space, expanding capacity and hiring our first employees.
Repair Services Launch
Responding to customer demand, we launch our pallet repair division, extending the life of thousands of pallets.
Fleet Expansion
Our delivery fleet grows to 10 trucks, enabling same-day delivery throughout the Austin metro area.
10 Year Anniversary
Celebrating a decade of service with over 200 regular customers and a reputation for reliability.
Recycling Program
We launch our comprehensive recycling program, processing damaged pallets into mulch and wood products.
New Headquarters
We move to our current 50,000 sq ft facility on Supply Ct, tripling our capacity.
Sustainability Milestone
We achieve our goal of recycling 1 million pallets, preventing them from entering landfills.
Regional Expansion
Service area expands to cover all of Central Texas, from Georgetown to San Marcos.
