Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.
What size pallet do I need?
The 48" x 40" GMA pallet is the most common in North America, compatible with standard racking and forklifts. For non-standard products, we offer custom sizes.
Learn More →What's the difference between grades?
Grade A is like-new, Grade B shows some wear but is fully functional, and Grade C is budget-friendly for basic use. Higher grades cost more but last longer.
Learn More →Do I need heat-treated pallets?
If shipping internationally, yes. ISPM-15 requires heat treatment (HT) for wood packaging crossing borders. We provide certified HT pallets with proper markings.
Learn More →How much do pallets cost?
Used Grade C pallets start at $4, Grade B at $8, Grade A at $12, and new pallets from $18. Volume discounts of 5-15% available on larger orders.
Learn More →Can you pick up my old pallets?
Yes! We buy used pallets of all conditions. Free pickup for 50+ pallets. We'll pay you based on grade and quantity, or provide recycling certificates.
Learn More →How fast can you deliver?
Same-day delivery available for orders placed by 10 AM. Next-day is our standard. We deliver throughout Central Texas with our own fleet.
