Grade B pallets have minor cosmetic wear like scuffs, slight discoloration, or professionally repaired boards. They maintain full structural integrity and load capacity but show signs of normal use. Grade A pallets are in like-new condition with minimal to no visible wear.
Are Grade B pallets safe for warehouse racking?
Yes, all our Grade B pallets are inspected to ensure they're safe for standard warehouse racking systems including beam racks, push-back systems, and drive-in racks. They maintain the same 2,500 lb dynamic load capacity as new pallets.
Can I get Grade B pallets heat treated for export?
Absolutely. We offer ISPM-15 certified heat treatment for Grade B pallets that need to be used for international shipping. Heat treatment is available for an additional fee and includes the proper HT stamp.
What's the typical lifespan of a Grade B pallet?
Our Grade B pallets typically have 5-7 additional use cycles remaining. With proper handling and storage, they can provide years of reliable service in warehouse and shipping operations.
Do you offer pickup for old pallets when delivering new ones?
Yes! We offer pallet exchange programs where we can pick up your used pallets when delivering your Grade B order. We also buy back used pallets in good condition. Contact us for details.
What's the minimum order for Grade B pallets?
We have no minimum order requirement. Whether you need 10 pallets or 10,000, we can accommodate your needs. However, larger orders qualify for volume discounts and may include free delivery.
