How many pallets do you need for free pickup?
We offer free pickup for 50 or more pallets within our service area. For smaller quantities, there may be a pickup fee, or you're welcome to deliver to our facility.
How quickly can you pick up my pallets?
We often provide same-day or next-day pickup for large quantities. Standard pickups are typically scheduled within 2-3 business days of accepting your quote.
Do I need to sort my pallets before pickup?
Sorting by grade is helpful and can speed up the process, but it's not required. Our team will sort and count at your location. Just have them accessible for our trucks.
What payment methods do you offer?
For one-time pickups, we typically pay by company check at the time of pickup. Recurring sellers can opt for direct deposit (ACH) on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Do you buy heat-treated (HT) pallets?
Yes! Heat-treated pallets often command a premium price since they can be resold for export. Make sure to let us know if your pallets have the HT stamp.
What if some of my pallets are damaged?
We take all conditions. Repairable pallets have value, and even broken pallets can be recycled. We'll sort and price each grade appropriately.
