Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about this page.

What payment terms do you offer?

We accept COD, credit card, and approved Net-30 accounts; payment terms are confirmed on each quote or invoice.

How long are quotes valid?

Quotes are typically valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated, due to lumber and market fluctuations.

Who is responsible for unloading pallets on delivery?

Customers must provide appropriate unloading equipment unless liftgate service is arranged in advance.

What happens if delivery is delayed?

We coordinate a new delivery window promptly; liability is limited as outlined in the terms for delays outside our control.

Do you warrant pallet performance?

We warrant that pallets meet the agreed grade and specifications at delivery; misuse or overloading voids coverage.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Defective pallets reported promptly will be repaired, replaced, or credited; returns must be approved in advance.

Can orders be canceled?

Orders can be canceled before loading without penalty; custom builds may incur charges once production begins.

What law governs the agreement?

Texas law governs our agreements, with venue in Travis County unless otherwise agreed.

How are disputes handled?

We aim to resolve informally first; if needed, disputes follow the resolution process described in the terms.

Do the terms cover recurring services?

Yes. Standing delivery or pickup programs are subject to the same terms plus any written addenda specific to the program.
